Email Promotion
Catalogue/Mailed Offer: To receive your coupon or discount from a catalogue or other mailing, enter your Offer Code in the Special Offer box found on the Home page. You may also enter your Offer Code on the Shopping Cart page. Once you've entered the appropriate code(s), click the Apply button to activate the coupon or discount. The coupon pricing will then update.
Catalogue: Your Easy Number and Offer Code can be found to the left of your name and address on the back cover of the catalogue and/or at the top of the order form.
Other Mailings: Your Easy Number and Offer Code can be found above your name and address on the order form.
Occasionally certain system configurations can cause problems in claiming coupons and discounts. If for any reason you have difficulties redeeming your coupon or discount just note your easy number and Offer Code in the comment field during checkout. Our customer service staff will ensure that your discount is applied.
Email Promotion: Click on any link in the email promotion and the coupon or discount being offered in that email will automatically be applied to your order. These special offers can only be activated by clicking on a link within the email promotion. They cannot be found on our regular site.
Note: Each coupon/discount is an exclusive offer and cannot be combined with any other offer. Limit one coupon offer per household. All discounts are subject to product availability.
