Updating Your Email Address or Billing/Shipping Address
To change Billing address please visit Update Account page. To change your email or shipping address, please read below instructions or call customer service at (513) 354-1511 and we'd be happy to help!
To update your email address, please send a note to our Customer Service department with the following information:
First & Last Name
Old Email Address
New Email Address
Account Number (if applicable)
We will notify you via email when the change has been made.
To update your billing/shipping address, please send a note to our Customer Service department with the following information:
First & Last NameOld Address, City, State, Zip
New Address, City, State, Zip
Account Number (if applicable)
We will notify you via email when the change has been made.
Note: If you are placing a new order, you may change your billing/shipping address in Checkout. On the Step Two: Complete Your Order screen, click on the Update Address button below Your Billing Address or Your Shipping Address. Once you make the necessary changes, click on the continue button to revise your address and return to checkout.
